Ving Rhames carries this film. It is the classic jail story. Famous guy gets in, gets a taste of corrupt prison life, gets challenged, gets conned into accepting the challenge, and gets a loss to an unknown.
It's like Rocky 5 meets The Longest Yard. Peter Falk is a turd burglar who sounds like he has a toaster stuck in his throat.
