Review of Underworld: Evolution (2006) by Darenm. — 21 Jan 2006
Just finished watching it on the biggest screen with the best surround in the theater. If you like the first one you'll like the second. They go into the family line, flash backs to fill in parts that were missing from the first one.
Lots of interesting plot twistst. The make out scene is poorly timed, didn't seem to fit in, but everyone I talked too still liked it. Comparable in timing as Neo & Trinity make out scene in the Matrix.
This is a true Vampire / Warewolf action movie and it does have the feel of Matrix and Blade, but unique in and of it's own.
