I've suffered through many interpretations of vampires and werewolves. Only two people have gotten it right, Anne Rice and Len Wiseman. The intricacies are well thought out. Age equals strength but, blood is the root.
Nothing else on the current goth scene takes the time to create a cohesive lore.
