Review of Underworld: Awakening (2012) by Patrick R — 13 Jul 2012

For fans of the series and of the genre in general this film does not disappoint. Kate brings her very intense physical presence to this film. Michael Ealy always delivers and this film was no exception.

The surprise for me was India Eisley. I dislike child and teen actors with the white hot heat of a million suns. India played Eve in a very understated way that left me actually wanting to see a bit more of her character.

And of course the amazing costumes, sets and incredible fight scenes just rocked! No complaints. Not even one....except I have to wait for the sequel!
