Review of Underworld: Awakening (2012) by Daniel D — 12 Aug 2012
While shorter than most films, there's nonstop action with plot twists involving the irony of the Lycans gaining the upper hand in their battle with the vampires. The plot is thin due to no direct tie-in to Michael and why the Lykans have held him, but not taken advantage of his powers unless that is how Dr.
Jacobs son has been able to increase his size and power, but still no tie in that is logical. If you like action though, this is non-stop and open for another sequal as long as the ageless Kate can keep slipping into that black outfit!
