Review of Underworld: Awakening (2012) by Dominic P — 15 Feb 2013

Been there done that sequel, which at a brisk 86 minutes does not out stay its welcome. Fans will revel in the orgy of blood and slow motion violence as returning star Beckinsale's Selene awakens from a long hibernation to a new world order that is soon threatened by the resurgence of the Vampire/Werewolf war.

With the new direction comes increased action but the whiff of a shaggy dogs tail cannot be escaped.
