Pretty obvious what to expect from the Underworld franchise by now. It's insanely predictable and sticks to a just about entertaining formula. Most of that is Beckinsale in a shiny costume. Didn't check the cast before I watched it so pleasantly surprised to Charles Dance.
However, if it stopped trying to be mysterious with the very obvious plot direction that even my 6 year old could guess, it would be more fun.
