Review of Underworld: Awakening (2012) by Arslan K — 11 Apr 2015
Right off the back you can tell that the director isn't the same because as the other two director before they took their time but these two new ones felt rushed. It's like they are pushing for a sequel or in this case a fifth one.
The two thing I love about this series is the action and story. This had a lot of good action but an okay story. See the thing is the underworld was based around Selene and micheal. What they did is they took out micheal and added another female character which just doesn't play well.
I missed the old dark story where Selene was running and micheal was helping bad of course I miss the background stories. I did how ever liked the human element to this. I knew exactly how the humans would be bad that's how they were.
I also didn't mind theo james character and would like to know more about him rather then the stupid new female character. This is good but with a bad story. I guess u can see this as a set up for the 5th one and the 6th.
But they better improve their cgi in the next one.
