Yeah, I know what you're thinking, but hear me out okay. Yes, I am giving 'Underdog' 3 stars. For no other reason than, I had fun. It's silly, the acting isn't great, the story is very average and even some of the jokes are corny.
.... but I had loads of fun with a flying beagle (voiced by Jason Lee). I laughed out loud more than once and as superhero movies go, the origin story was well handled. A rather nice surprise. Even greater if you are old enough to remember the original cartoon.
