I think one star is generous, and I only award it because Shawn Ashmore turned in a good performance considering what he had to work with. Cannon's performance was God awful. He does a bad impression of a mix between Chris Tucker and Eddie Murphy, and isn't able to express any of the development his character allegedly goes through.
Add an implausible villian, implausible villianous scheme, implausible love interest, implausible characters, and shitty direction, and you have one of the worst movies I have ever seen.
