It is really a darn shame that Under the Yum Yum Tree is not available on DVD, it is so entertaining. Story of a young sorority girl who moves into an apartment with her boyfriend under the circumstances they don't sleep together to test their compatibility.
The problems arise when the lusty landlord living next door, who had had relationships with all previous tenants and didn't plan to stop with this one. Jack Lemmon is absolutely hilarious as the landlord, and Carol Lynley is absolutely ravishing and quite funny as well as the tenant and Dean Jones is also very good as her boyfriend.
Definately one worth watching, try to catch it on TCM as I think that's the only way you'll get the chance. Overall 3.5/4 Stars Grade = B+.
