Review of Under the Tuscan Sun (2003) by Mikhail B — 25 Dec 2011
A woman in her late 30s experiences a writer's block and suffers from a break-up. She travels to Italy for inspiration and decides to stay. There she experiences the fullness of life she couldn't have back in the US.
The film narrates about simple things in life in simple terms devouring usual falsely emotional language of movie clichà (C)s. A quality film, lack of action and simplicity could be considered as both an advantage and a disadvantage.
