Review of Under the Same Moon (2007) by Eyal D — 12 Mar 2009
Sentimental way too precious drama for my taste. Still there's something heart-tugging about following the paths of a mother, illegally relocated to LA to earn a living, searching for her nine-year old son, while get this, he's made his way across the border looking for her too.
Sometimes it si hard to swallow but mostly it is all good natured. A serious subject matter given the fluffy, tv-movie treatment.
