Steven punches a man through the front window of a train and if you watch the edited for TV version, we assume the man was run over. I however have a shitty imagination and needed to know what that would look like. Luckily, the director obliged and the image has been seared into my head ever since.
You get a top down view of the man's upper torso being pushed along by the train while he screams in reverbaration as the railroad ties force air out of his lungs in rhythmic fashion.
