Seagal seems really uninterested the whole time, but on the whole, the movie is ok. There is some really terrible CG at the end, but the rest of the action is ok considering that the train conceit is kind of lame.
.. Also, Seagal is too untouchable in this movie, he is like a robot who kills without even trying and never gets into trouble...
