Yes, Seagal had too much of a hand in making this a love song to himself. Yes, the story is laughable (A chef who is also some special forces hard man, it was a stretch in the first film, but at least that took place on a navy vessel), But god I love this film.
Cheesiest one liners, and Eric Bogosian chewing scenery like a starved Al Pacino!!!
