This defines Steven Seagal's career, and is the basis for channels like F/X and Spike. Not an Oscar-worthy film, although for some reason it was nominated for two, but who cares. The main point is that this is a mindless, and extremely entertaining action flick with gratuitous violence/language, one-liners, and bombs made out of kitchen products.
