Steven "I can act as long as I only need to portray ridiculous fake sincerity or the suffering of mild constipation" Seagal's character sums it up nicely when he asks Miss July '89, "What kind of babbling bullshit is this?".
Many consider this a classic. I would agree if I were a 14 year old boy!
