Review of Under Siege (1992) by Paul F — 27 Aug 2013
The U.S.S Missouri is being celebrated because of its hand in WWII and the captain is being thrown a big celebration. But the celebration gets stopped by a bunch of terrorist who take over the battleship.
Only thing is they didn't expect the cook and former Navy Seal on the ship to try and stop them. With great action, plot and tons of great acting this movie is a hit. Steven seagull packs another wallop as the former navy seal now cook Casey Ryback with great action using his martial arts.
Every action scene is spectacular. Tommy lee jones and the human nut job Gary busey pair together terrifically as the villains. Busey was good on LETHAL WEAPON as a villain and the only one I seen tommy lee jones was BATMAN FOREVER as two Face.
Both were terrific and tommy lee jones was humorous at times. The whole movie was adventurous, exciting, and very entertaining. A must see if you have not already.
