Review of Under Siege (1992) by Alan G — 23 Jul 2017
Despite the fact that nothing "actiony" happens for the first 20 minutes or so, save for a short fight between Steven Seagal's character, Ryback, and some navy goons, Under Siege remains solidly engaging for its opening.
Gary Busey is more Gary Busey than ever, but Tommy Lee Jones is also over-the top in his performance, but in an understated, genuinely crazy way. Not to mention, Steven Seagal actually acts in this movie.
The action is strong, the knife fight at the end is great. What else can I say?
