Review of Uncut Gems (2019) by Shoulderoforion — 17 Dec 2019
Just like the last Safdie brothers movie I tried to watch GOODTIME, I had to turn this off within it's first hour. I don't know if this is a new style of moviemaking but I can't deal with a loud incongruous musical score laying so heavily over loud fast talking/shouting dialogue, it makes my brain crazy.
Guess I'm getting old, don't know.
