Extremely indie production. There isn't any great points being made. You just have characters linked by natural dialogue. I liked it. Could have used some polish. This kind of indie (pointless) is the reason most stay away from this kind of things.
With some sharpening of his tools Joe Swanberg could actually have made something from this.
