The truth is that I wanted to give it a better rating, but unfortunately it offers too little to be more relevant.
Its best attributes are Paul Bettany's performance, and the production is well done, but the story of acceptance of a gay person despite its continuing relevance, at least in this film is completely cliche, and ultimately quite forgettable.
