Review of Uncertainty (2009) by Dave W — 20 Dec 2012
I thought the idea of this movie was great. Walking through the 2 different lives they may live based on 1 decision was intriguing to me, but it was very poorly executed. While the traditional, collected, mature life seemed to fit very well, the "spontaneous adventure" always felt lacking.
The adventure starts fast paced and chaotic, but never builds anywhere, and never keeps the pace they set, making the movie drag on for what seems like 4 hours. The movie seems to abruptly end, leaving you feeling no closure, and like you spent 4 hours (though it was only 2) staring at a wall.
