Re-Rate: 6/10 (B-).
Unbroken is undoubtedly a good and well made film. But considering the true and inspiring story it's trying to portray, the film is too safe with it's intentions. It's not as good nor memorably toned as it should be. Overall it's very well done and acted, but not as inspiring, dark, and bold as it should've been.
