Review of Unbroken (2014) by Bob W — 27 Aug 2015
This is a great true story and book, however this particular biopic isn't nearly as powerful as it could have been. I almost find the closing notes about his life after the movie ends, especially coming back to Japan and forgiving people more interesting.
Having seen several news reports and documentary pieces, this film just doesn't live up to the real life story. Still worth watching and discussing.
