Review of Unbreakable (2000) by Jared T — 21 Sep 2012
A deliberately paced film, moving from moment to moment showing the gradual rise of one man from obscurity into possible greatness. This is without a doubt the best movie M. Night Shyamalan has produced, written and directed.
You feel what the character feels, as Bruce Willis puts forth a performance as your typical everyman...but that, he is not. He is more than just a man...and when you find out what he is, when you finally think you know everything you needed, it happens.
..chills run up your spine and you wish it wouldn't end.
