I hadn't watched this since it first came out. I remembered liking it as an interesting take on super heroes. Now, it was a bit slow, over melodramatic and artsy with some odd camera shots. It's still an interesting idea. But Brandon Sanderson's book Steelheart does a much better alternate take on super heroes.
