Nick Cheung at 46 years training hard to get a super fit body cause a big hoo-ha. Eddie Peng is also amazing. Eddie is a rich man son who travel around the world but never use the family money. His dad become bankrupt after a failed properties investment.

He decided to join MMA in order to prove to his dad that he can stand up again if he is determined. So Eddie join a dojo. Nick owes loan sharks money and is cab driver. He can't pay up and so escape to Macau.

His old pal give him a job at his dojo. Nick rents a room from mother-daughter Mei Ting and feisty girl Crystal Lee. The girl tell Nick not to open the bath tub cover. One day it rains and the house is flooded, he pour water down the tub and Mei Ting went crazy.

Crystal tell Nick years ago the father left with another woman and her brother drowned in the tub while she's asleep. Slowly, Nick and the duo got along better. Eddie want to train in MMA but the teacher have no interest.

He get Nick to teach him and he is ok. After much rigorous training, Eddie improves but he need to learn locking technique. The teacher want to spar with Nick first before teaching and after the sparring, it is a draw and he teach Eddie.

Soon the fight begin. Eddie first opponent is an American. He must last 2 rounds to qualify as ringmaster. Despite the zero experience, Nick guide him and with Eddie own determination, he lasted 2 rounds and win.

The loan sharks found Nick at home and Crystal fell down the stairs. The welfare group is putting up Crystal to separate from Mei Ting unless she is deem mentally fit. Nick try to be guardian but his past criminal record is not good.

The group manage to contact the father who agree to take care of Crystal and Mei Ting went berserk again and lock in mental institution. Eddie opponent Andy On is ferocious and without Nick guidance, Eddie holds on and is defeated badly.

His hand dislocated and neck almost break by the back slam. Nick decided to go for the fight and begin training. He don't want anymore regrets. He is a 2 times champion and he throw away his future by fighting fake matches for the gangsters.

Nick face Andy and in the 1st round he is almost defeated by the same back slam but the time is up. 2nd round Nick is been hold in a back hand lock. He dislocate his hand to turn around to punch Andy uppercut and KO.

Nick went on to win 3 fights and got the money to repay the loan sharks. He bet himself to win. He bid farewell to Crystal to follow his dad and continue to visit Mei Ting at the hospital. Eddie recovers and is a full time fighter, his dad now becoming his manager.
