Whiney critics at it again. Check reality at the door. This movie sets out to be a breakneck action ride and it executes that *very* well. Ignore the plot and focus on the action choreography, and you will have a lot of fun.
Bottom line: If you want stylized action and don't mind a light plot, you'll get your money's worth.
