Basically, Equillibrium without Christian Bale and with a more confusing plot. I'm still hazy on certain plot points, but I can live with that. I do like Milla Jovovich, and she was decent in this, but it will forever remain a B-rate sci-fi flick.
I have nothing against B-rate sci-fi, but this one still isn't very memorable. That said, the movie did capture the feel of japanese Manga action comics very well. I did like some of the tech, even though it wasn't explained very well.
