Review of UHF (1989) by Julian T — 13 Dec 2011
A cult-classic which is really quite undervalued. Alot of the adult-swim style programing owes alot to this movie. Random bits of pop-culture parody are used to tie together an amusing story centered around Weird Al and his TV station which is pretty much run out of a closet somewhere.
Great performance by Michael Richards, which really is a precurser to his future work. A very silly and very amusing 80's comedy which, while a bit dated, is still quite funny.
