They really need to distinguish a "good-bad" movie rating system. I realize this movie isn't the best movie ever, but it is very entertaining, quotable, and watchable. Michael Richards pretty much plays Kramer as Stanley.
In my mind "5-Stars", in reality "2-Stars" so "3-Stars" will have to be a happy medium.
