Review of Udaan (2010) by Jaskirat S — 02 Sep 2010
Generally while watching a hindi movie on laptop I forward some scenes which are too clichéd or boring...But never in this movie I felt the need of even touching d notebook let alone forwarding it..
.A Brilliant Movie coming again from the anurag kashyap camp..Just from the beginning to the end u just watch in awe how this mindblowing story unfolds...Rajat Barmecha plays a teenager tormented by his father(Ronit Roy) and hung between his ambitions and his fathers dreams.
..Speaking of actors all from Manjot singh to Ram Kapoor are just brilliant..Ronit roy is impeccable in his role .Even his Jharkhandi accent sounds so authentic..Rajat Barmecha has a taylor made role but the real star is the 9 yr old Aayan Boradia (just watch his expressions.
.too good)...Background score is awesome... A very good debut by director and writer Vikramaditya Motwane...No wonder Paolo Coelho is writing a book inspired by the movie.its that good...A must watch for all youngsters.
