I t was a slight copy of 50 First Dates. 50 First dates had short Term(One Day) Memory issue and U, Me Aur Hum had Alzeimer's issue. Drew Barry Moore had a personla Diary and Kajol had a Diary. Adam Sandler knew Drew's problem before the marriage and Ajay Devghan found out about Kajol's problem after their marriage.
Both of the movies end on a Boat.
