Review of Tyler Perry's The Family That Preys (2008) by Lindsay E — 09 Apr 2009
Tyler Perry is a very fine writer / director and he continues to prove it. Nothing compares, of course, with his movies when Madea is present, but when it comes to serious storylines about family, this is a great flick.
I was actually surprised by the depth achieved by each character. I would recommend this if you've ever seen and enjoyed any of Perry's other work.
