Sally Field was amazing. She was the heart and soul of the family and of the movie. Ben Chaplin was also amazing, playing an zen American. The last time I saw him, it was a very British loser in Birthday Girl.
As amazing the acting was, the story was simply a depiction of a dying person with a few funny moments, but not much sad moments. Overall, it was a very real depiction but too real to the point that it wasnt entertaining.
