Veteran character actor, Don Stroud, takes the lead here as a hitman who takes assignments from "the company" but gets cold feet on his last assignment when he falls for his target's mistress.
Somewhat muddled plot offers a bit of a surprise ending but not enough elsewhere for a recommendation here.
