Only Herschell Gordon Lewis can come up with something as maniacal and silly as the racist white ghosts of the civil war era trick yankees into coming into their ghost town for a festival that is actually held for the murdering and bloodshed of said yanks.
Lots of gore and red stuff flying around in this surprisingly violent 60's flick. Fun to watch.
