Review of Two Lovers (2008) by Izzy G — 04 Jul 2009
Here is a surprisingly deep drama. The pace is slow and the love story is on the melancholy side. However, as we get to know the characters, the film really comes together in the end. Like always, Joaquin Phoenix proves he is one of the best actors out there.
If only he would cut his nutjob act and get back in front of the camera.
