Review of Two-Lane Blacktop (1971) by Hezekiah J — 16 May 2008
A sublime movie. Strangely, driven only by the urge to wander rather than action, plot or dialogue. There is a simple plot but it needn't actually be there as this is a road movie in it's purest sense.
Low budget. Nothing props it up. It's like a Rough Guide to Nowhere in 70's America.
