Review of Two Hands (1999) by Chucho F — 24 Mar 2011
Pretty good movie about a young guy (heath ledger) trying break into sydney's underworld. when he gets tapped by the local kingpin (bryan brown) to do a fairly simple job he screws it up and goes on the run. meanwhile the kingpin's crew search for him and unknowingly seal their own fate.
It has some "supernatural" elements to it, and a theme of interconnectedness - but also a love story works it's way into it, which I found uninspired. nevertheless it was entertaining.
