Review of Two Girls and a Guy (1998) by Patricia P — 25 Jul 2007

This film is basically a lot of long self-involved rants by three wildly unsympathetic characters about the state of their various dysfunctional relationships with each other. The MPAA gave this film an NC-17 because there is a non-explicit even blurry long shot of Robert Downey Jr going down on Heather Graham.

And yet every R-rated movie I seem to see features scenes of women or girls giving blowjobs. Double standard much? It's hard to tell if Downey Jr is sober throughout most of the film or if he's just really good at acting high.
