The lady's goal is appalling! She tries to convince each co-worker to not only give their bonus to her, but also to FORCE everyone else to give their bonus to her. Asking for a donation? No. She is asking for strong arm robbery! And it is only realistic in a society of helplessness.
Would you stay working for a job that took your earned pay and gave it to another worker?
