Review of Two Brothers (1926) by Steve S — 27 Apr 2010
*** (out of four).
Overly cure, for sure, this family film is never quite as interesting as just watching the cute tiger kittens, but sometimes that is enough to help pass and hour or two.
The film follows the exploits of two adorable tiger cubs. When their father is killed by a hunter (Guy Pearce) they become seperated. One is taken by the hunter into town. The other is found by a young boy (Freddie Highmore) and taken as a pet.
The story is typical and only remotely interesting. But those little cubs are sure adorable.
