This was a good storyline but it was nothing more than a movie for Syfy to run. the special effects were terrible and low budget. Kilmer didn't bring anything to the table as far as acting was concerned.
The flow of the story got muddled when Edgar Allen Poe got added. This is one movie you can easily skip.
