Pretty terrible. Val Kilmer's charm has all but faded to dust. What the hell was Francis Ford Coppola thinking when he made this piece of hot, stale garbage? There are very few things that language can convey that could explicate how I feel about this film, but suffice it to say that I was dumbfounded at just how bad it became and how rapidly it descended into silly nonsense.
Elle Fanning is always a wonder but even she can't save this story. And those weird rabbit teeth that she sported the entire film? Very bad aesthetic (characteristic?) choice. I'd watch this again just for the unintentional hilarity.
