Not a good film, but had some unintentional amusing moments. As in, it's so bad its good, see Garcia's explosions. And It's too bad because Kaufman is a great director and has a history of creating atmosphere, which this film for the most part, lacked.
Also please note, Russell Wong plays Lieutenant Tong.
