Not as bad as the critics made it out as being... but it's still not that good. The storyline is hackneyed and everyone involved seems to be just going through the motions (both the actors and the filmmakers themselves) resulting in a purely average production that only the most devoted fans of mystery-thrillers should consider watching.
.. all others should just watch "Silence of the Lambs" or "Se7en" again.
