Christian Slater always manages to play a very convincing sadistic asshole on screen. Even in his early teens...coincidence? Just Kidding Mr. Slater. Seriously, you are truly one of the greats. This is an excellent late 80's, psychological thriller entry that clearly inspired a slew of familiar titles to follow, including both THE GOOD SON and APT.
